So what have we been doing?

Probably too much to express in a single post, we've been in Sapporo for three weeks, interacting with students at three of the local(ish) universities: HokuDai, Tokai and Oasa.

Mondays have been spent meeting the HokuDai and Tokai English speaking groups (ESS).

Tuesdays have been spent meeting with people and the Oasa English Open House.

Wednesdays have been spent at SACLA, where Japanese students can meet with international students at HokuDai. Followed by HokuDai ESS and the English Bible Study in the evenings.

Thursdays have been a more relaxing day, with just a prayer meeting at the OMF HQ in Sapporo.

Fridays have been spent with the Tokai ESS having lunch, and teaching English to a class of physicists.

Saturdays have always been a day with much mixing and usually no determined schedule.

Sundays are usually spent at the church which we are associated with, though a few occasions have appeared where we have been round to other churches.

So how long have we got left now? One Week.

We return to Tokyo in 9 days, headed for home shortly after.

What you may be asking is, what's happening before that?

And hence I present the fmZERO farewell party at the OMF HQ in Sapporo.

Please come and say farewell to all the team, as this may be the last opportunity to see them.

◆材料（４人前）
ほうれん草・・・・・・・・・・・・・・1速
にんじん・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・１本
しいたけ・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・1＋１/２袋
ひき牛肉・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・２００ｇ
もやし・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・１袋
卵・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・４個
にんにくみじん切り・・・・・・・・・・大さじ１
◆たれの材料
コチュジャン・・・・・・・・・・・大さじ２
ねぎ・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・大さじ１
いりごま、砂糖・・・・・・・・・・各小さじ１
ごま油・・・・・・・・・・・・・・大さじ１

★作り方
①もやしとほうれん草は、それぞれゆでて、いりごまとごま油と塩で調味してあえる。
②にんじんとしいたけは塩とごま油でいためる。
③肉はにんにく、塩、こしょうを入れていためる。
④たれの材料でたれを作る。
⑤ご飯の上に①～③をのせる。
⑥目玉焼きをその上にのせ、たれをかける。
⑦よく混ぜて食べる。（ビビンバとは、「混ぜて食べるご飯」という意味です。）
豚肉キムチチゲ

◆材料（４人前）
豚ばら薄切り肉・・・・・・・・・・・・２００ｇ
白菜キムチ・・・・・・・・・・・・・・４００ｇ
しめじ・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・２パック
木綿豆腐・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・２丁
ねぎ・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・1本
サラダ油・・大さじ１、砂糖・・大さじ１／２、
ごま油、塩少々

◆豚肉たれ：コチュジャン・・・大さじ３、酒・・・大さじ３、
すりしょうが・・・小さじ1／２、すりにんにく・・・小さじ1、
こしょう・・・・・・・・少々、ごま油・・・・・・大さじ1／２

★作り方
①食べやすく切った豚肉にたれを入れて混ぜておきます。
②豆腐は１丁を１６等分にして、白菜キムチは幅３ｃｍ位に切ります。
③しめじは石づきをとって食べやすくほぐし、ねぎはみじん切りにします。
④鍋にサラダ油を熱して、①の豚肉をほぐすように強火で炒めます。
⑤肉の色が変わったら、キムチを入れて炒めます。そこにねぎも入れて炒めます。
⑥水４～５カップを加えます。煮立ってきたら弱火にし、アクを取りながら煮ます。
⑦砂糖と塩を加えて調味し、しめじを入れてしんなりしたら、豆腐を加えてさっと煮たら、出来上がりです。
